I just wanted to write a quick note to thank for Rob Nelson, for his honesty and dedication while selling me my new car on the past two weeks. I've always been wary of buying a new car, often with good reason, but he helped to redefine the brand.
Thank you so much Rob for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that 3-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. I'm happy with the car I purchased, and I'm not freaking out about the purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car, and it's all thanks to you.
You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to Newmarket Honda, and telling them to ask for Rob Nelson.
I liked the Dealership. My sales person was excellant and did not come across as some car sale people do. Right from the start I found him to be straight forward and honest. We worked out a fair deal in no time at all because his great work ethic and that does not happen frequently in any of my prior encounters while purchasing other new vehicles. Thanks Carmine!

I work at the honda factory and I went into Newmarket Honda for my vehicle. Everyone at work recomended this dealership to me and said I would not be dissapointed, they were right! The moment I walked in the door I was welcomed to coffee and tea and was able to speak to someone immediately. My sales rep Kurt made it very easy to understand the different options of purchasing a vehicle. He was very helpful throughout the process, and kept in touch answering questions even on his own time. I really appreciated that. I had no issues at all with these guys. They told me my car would be delivered on certain date and it was right on time. They actually had it delivered a day earlier but I had to work and couldn't get it until the next day. When I picked it up it was clean and sparkling! What I love is how enthusiastic and excited they were almost as much as I was. I had a great experience with Newmarket Honda and look forward to visiting them when I go in for service and future vehicle. Thanks.

I would like to comment on the excellant service that I received from the service associate Carina Melo.
She was very polite. After I had come to Newmarket Honda from having issues with other Honda dealerships, Newmarket Honda was able to pull through and fix the issue with my 2014 Honda Civic.
Just want to commend Carina on her excellant customer service!

I was recently at Newmarket Honda looking at getting a new vehicle. I met with Carmine Occhiuto. I would recommend Carmine to anyone who is looking for a Honda. I was browsing other brands and he walked me through the benefits both immediate and long term of owning a Honda and convinced me to own one. He took the time and care to explain all of my options and what car suits my needs. He had a no pressure approach to the whole process and was always available to answer my questions after our meetings. I felt more confident signing the paperwork knowing that he walked me through everything and gave me the knowledge to make a confident decision. I just wanted to say that I received fantastic customer service from Robert in the Service department this week. My wife's car had a blown out tire and although I expected to pay full price, Robert checked that our extended warranty was able to save us some money. I never asked him to do that, but it was a great surprise and great customer service.
I will make a point of telling people of this great service.
